We've got a Big Brother winner...

Today we can confirm that Big Brother6 champion Anthony Hutton, is the third in our line-up of big name speakers coming along to Cloud9 on the 25th February, to share his extraordinary story with our delegates.

Before entering the house and began appearing on TV screens all over the UK, Anthony earned a living as a 70s dancer and postman, but gave the latter up to train as a hairdresser.

Having survived eviction to be crowned Big Brother champion 2005 and take home the £50,000 prize money, Anthony has since capitalised on the popularity of the show and his “celebrity” status, he has released an exercise DVD, appeared in a range of TV programmes, taken part in the charity football show The Match staged at Newcastle United, where he was voted man of the match, reinforcing his popularity with the British public.

Derwentside District Council made Anthony Hutton an "Ambassador for Young People". Council leader, Alex Watson at the time commented that: "Anthony has certainly put Consett on the map."

Anthony has also been lucky enough to negotiate magazine deals with celebrity magazines such as Hello, OK and Heat and has also appeared in pantomimes such as Beauty and the Beast and the Wizard of Oz. Presenting CD:UK and co-presented the Friday Night Project.

In between all this, he has toured with his 70's show (on You Tube) and frequently does guest DJ slots at top nightclub venues with Big Brother's Liam McGough and has an army of devoted fans who follow him around the country.

Having created a brand, Anthony is now throwing his celebrity hat into the ring of business and enterprise, taking the entrepreneurial step to open a chain of hairdressing salons in the region.

During a Q&A session, Cloud9 summit host (who will be revealed to you shortly), will draw out of Anthony how he has honed his skills by working with a range of creative and inspiring individuals, drawing on his own personal experiences, lessons learnt along the way and how through the hype and media coverage received, he has managed to turn around the celebrity success gained to liberate his ambition of owning and managing a successful hairdressing business.
